Sandra Darlene Ball, 55, of Greeneville, passed away Sunday at the Johnson City Medical Center.
She was a very determined and loving person. She touched all the hearts of those she met down her life's road.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Norman and Imogene Ball; sister: Nancy Ball; and grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Pauline Mullins and Mr. and Mrs. Ira Ball.
Survivors include four sisters and brothers-in-law: Helen Payne of Greeneville, Barbara and AJ Miller of Jonesborough, Norma Phyllis and James E. Arwood, and Glenda and Craig Bailey; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and many caregivers throughout her life including a special caregiver: Annette Payne, who was thought of as family.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. today at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Service, downtown, with the funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. The Rev. Eddie Malone will officiate.
Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home to go in precession to Old Caney Creek Cemetery for an 11 a.m. committal service.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Gilbert, Nicky Collins, Nick Stokes, Jesse Gilbert, Alan Cremins, James Norman Arwood, Dallas Dunn, Cody Pierson, and Winston Harmon.
