Died: Sept. 30, 2013

Roger Neil Branham, age 72, of Greeneville, passed away Monday at his home.

Roger served in the U.S. Army from 1963-1965. He was honorably discharged.

He was a Past Master and member of the Brooklyn Masonic Lodge No. 454, until he retired to Greeneville in 1993.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years: Blanche Carol Branham; his son and daughter-in-law: Darren and Carolyn Branham; his daughter: Deanna Branham; a sister and brother-in-law: Gail and Ronald Rubesne; a brother and sister-in-law: Willis Ray and Carol Branham; a grandson and wife: Derek and Chandler Branham; a sister-in-law: Delores Craft and husband, Raymond; two brothers-in-law: Cecil Hall and wife, Carol, and Tim Hall and wife, Marsha; as well as a host of beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mr. Branham was preceded in death by his parents: Willis and Velma Branham; and his brother: Vernon Branham.

The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Thursday at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow visitation at 6 p.m. in the chapel with Dr. John Mcpheron officiating.

Interment will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery with military graveside services conducted by the Greene County Honor Guard and Tennessee National Guard.

Friends and family are asked to meet at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Derek Charles, Darrell and Miles Duncil, Darren and Derek Branham, and Cecil Hall.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
