Ricky Lynn 'Porky' Presley

Died: Oct. 8, 2013

Ricky Lynn "Porky" Presley, 55, of Flatwoods Road, Mosheim, passed away Tuesday at his home.

Mr. Presley was a carpenter and an equipment operator.

He enjoyed the outdoors, riding horses, and being part of his son's racing team.

Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law: Cristy and Tony Ricker of Midway and Sheena Presley of Mosheim; a son: Ricky Presley of Mosheim; a brother and sister-in-law: Doug and Nancy Presley of Greeneville; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Debbie and Mike Dixon of Greeneville and Lisa Presley Tolliver of Bybee; an aunt: Nancy Finkle and husband, Terry, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was the son of the late Dwight and Louise Presley.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel. The Rev. Doug Jennings and the Rev. Bethany Douty will officiate.

Family and friends will meet at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home to go in procession to Price's Cemetery at Romeo for a 2 p.m. committal service.

Pallbearers will be Michael Brotherton, Terry Robert Carter, Toby Gaby, Mark Gaby, Ben Losey, Danny Gouge, and Charles Patterson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Dearstone, Travis Dearstone, Tyler Dixon, Ben Tullock, Matt Bright, Josh Bright, and his Rook-playing buddies.
