Robert Loyd 'Cut' Cutshaw

Died: Jan. 6, 2014

Robert Loyd "Cut" Cutshaw, 84, of Marshall Lane, Greeneville, passed away Monday at his home.

Mr. Cutshaw retired from Greeneville Lumber after 31 years of service.

He was the son of the late Carl and Tishie Cutshaw and was preceded in death by two wives: Iula Shelton Cutshaw and Dorothy Rollins Cutshaw.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Charlotte Sue and Robert Smith and Wanda Roberta and Johnnie Mullins; a son and daughter-in-law: Stanley and Rose Cutshaw; his grandchildren: Robert Smith Jr., Tabitha Mullins, John-Paul Mullins, and Jimmy Cutshaw; a stepdaughter and her husband: Janice and Paul Bailey; a stepgrandson: Brian Myers and wife, Melissa; a sister: Verlie Jean Laws; four stepgreat-grandchildren: McKayla, Sybella, Emma, and Sophia Myers; a niece and nephew: Billie Bradley and Terry Laws; several cousins; and his special friends: Mildred Sane and many others.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel. The Rev. Billy L. Cutshall will officiate.

Family and friends will meet at noon Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to GreeneLawn Memory Gardens for an 1 p.m. committal service.

His family and friends will be pallbearers.
