A Rogersville woman was served here on Monday, May 5, with a Criminal Court capias that charged her with fraudulently obtaining TennCare controlled substance benefits.

A copy of the capias, an arrest document similar to a warrant, indicated that Charlotte Louise Crigger (also known as Dingus), 26, of 160 Austin Drive, Rogersville, had been indicted on that charge by a Greene County grand jury.

Bond for Crigger/Dingus was set at $10,000. She was scheduled to appear for arraignment in Greene County Criminal Court on July 31.
