(Last modified: 2008-05-14 12:49:33) Source: The Greeneville Sun The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation announced on Tuesday that it had arrested an Elizabethton woman for allegedly abusing a dependent adult patient while she was working at a healthcare facility after an investigation by TBI's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Katrina D. Frizzell, 54, of 133 Pinnacle Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested after being indicted by a Washington County Grand Jury for being physically and verbally abusive to a dependent adult to whom she was providing care, according to a TBI press release. Frizzell was employed as a licensed practical nurse at a group home housing individuals with special needs. Frizzell was booked into the Washington County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
