Up to an inch of snow accumulated in the higher elevations of Greene County overnight on Thursday but produced only a slight dusting of snow elsewhere. Gusty winds and some snow flurries were predicted for today, with the high temperature forecast to be 33 degrees. The National Weather Service predicts a low of 16 degrees in Greeneville tonight, with temperatures warming Saturday and Sunday along with sunny skies.
