Sun Photo by Jim Feltman The new Dollar General Store at 421 Van Hill Road in Baileyton is now open. The 9,100-square-foot store employs 12 people and is headed by Carol Acuff, the manager. Rick Fisher, Dollar General's district manager, said the store has been "doing very well" since having a "soft opening" on Sept. 17. The store plans a grand opening celebration on Saturday, Oct. 17.
