Sun Photos by Jim Feltman The Montederrey Restaurant, shown above, opened in Greeneville on Monday along U.S. 11E near the Wal-Mart store. Jose Bigil, the restaurant's manager, said it will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m seven days a week. He said the restaurant, which previously was a Backyard Burger location, has seating for "close to 100 people." The Montederrey is part of the Monterrey group of Mexican restaurants. The group has two other Greeneville restaurants. The telephone number is 638-3695.
