A man and a woman were charged with criminal trespassing after they were found at the scene of the burned Bernard No. 2 Warehouse at Main and McKee Streets late Tuesday, Aug. 5.

A criminal summons filed by GPD Lt. Mike Crum said he charged Scott Charles Largura, 39, and Caitlin Kelly Largura, 21, both of Oak Grove Avenue, with criminal trespassing after seeing them inside the burned-out warehouse about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday.

A criminal summons filed against the pair by Lt. Crum said the perimeter of the warehouse was marked with yellow tape, orange cones and several "no trespassing" signs.

The Larguras, according to the criminal summons, told police they were attempting to obtain metal from the fire scene to make a bird feeder.

Both were scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday, Aug. 11.
