A free community health fair will be held this Saturday, Aug. 9, from noon to 4 p.m. at the former George Clem School, located on Floral Street.
The event will be part of the "Freedom Day Celebration," which will be continuing on Saturday on the school grounds.
The health fair will feature blood pressure checks, certificates for free blood chemistry profiles, health information and more.
Sponors of the health fair are Laughlin Memorial Hospital and Marissa Black, RN, secretary of the George Clem Multicultural Association.
