The DeBusk Braves won a pair of games over homestanding Towering Oaks in Thursday night basketball action.
DeBusk took the girls game 42-4 as Ashton Wykle and Alissa Furchess each scored 10 points. Katie Brown had four for Towering Oaks.
The boys game went to DeBusk by a 45-38 margin. Logan Tweed pumped in 15 and Jonathan Zavaleta added 14 for the winning Braves. Preston Shuffler had 21 points and Matthew Collins 13 for Towering Oaks.

BEARS, HORNETS SPLIT
The Camp Creek Bears and McDonald Hornets divided a county league twin-bill Thursday.
Camp Creek gook the girls game by a slender 31-29 margin after trailing 12-7 at intermission. Camp Creek used a strong fourth quarter to make their comeback.
Rachel Crum scored 10 points for the Lady Bears. Rachel Hensley netted six points for McDonald.
McDonald took the boys game by a 32-15 margin, pulling away in the second quarter to a 17-4 halftime advantage.
Justin Pinkson with 12 points led McDonald. Camp Creek got six points each from Nolan Gilliam and Kevin Landers.

Nolachuckey split a basketball pair with visiting Greeneville Middle School on Friday.
The Lady Blazers took a 39-24 victory behind 21 points from Alora Ricker and 10 from Lindsey Cutshaw. GMS got 9 points from Madison Shipley.
Nolachuckey led 20-17 at the break and then put the game away with a 10-0 scoring margin in the third quarter.
GMS rolled to a 61-22 victory in the boys' game. Hays Culbreth led the Devils with 26 points. Trevor Wright scored nine. Todd Neas got 15 points for the Blazers.
