Caney Branch VFD Acquires New $203,000 Fire Truck

The Caney Branch Volunteer Fire Department has placed into service the first brand-new fire truck in its 37-year history.

Chief Ryan Holt said the public is invited to come see the 2009 Kenworth tanker truck during the department's annual "Fireman Feast" fundraising lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, at the fire hall on the Newport Highway.
