Brian Cutshall of The Greeneville Sun interviews Joy Rader, incumbent Register of Deeds, following the candidate's winning the Greene County Republican Primary on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.  Rader faces no Democratic oposition in the Greene County General Election in August.
