Officials of Elizabethton and Morristown answered questions on their towns' governmental structures at the Greeneville Light & Power Building on Aug. 25, 2011. Coordinated by the University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service, the session was part of series in which Greeneville leaders and citizens are seeking information in town's possible switch to a "city administrator" form of government.
