Dogwood Park Concert Thrills, Despite Rain

The Dogwood Park Summer Concert Series 2011 concluded on Sept. 4 at the park, located behind Tusculum View Elementary School in Greeneville. Rain did not delay the show for long. Performances began as it sprinkled, and the rain soon subsided. Check out these performances by JB and the Honey Beans and The Brother Boys. Video by Brian Cutshall
