Green Bankshares shareholders have voted to sell financially troubled GreenBank to North American Financial Holdings, a North Carolina company. Shareholders met at the General Morgan Inn in Greeneville, where the GreenBank chain is headquartered, on Sept. 7, 2011. Video by Brian Cutshall.
