State Discusses Possible 11E Improvements

Tennessee Transportation Commissioner John Schroer discussed possible plans to ease traffic on the current 11E Bypass in Greeneville. On Sept. 27, 2011, the commissioner visited the Roadrunner Market on Highway 107 in South Central community, as part of a statewide tour to discuss current and possible road construction projects in Tennessee counties.
