The Greeneville Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted Oct. 4, 2011, to rescind their earlier action that had okayed (on first reading) the town's adoption of the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code. approximately 99 acres on Whirlwind Road and Lincoln Drive was approved on second and final reading
by the Greeneville Board of Mayor and Aldermen in a sometimes-stormy meeting Tuesday
afternoon.
