School Board Chairman Responds to Failure of Wheel Tax Referendum

On Aug. 2, 2012, a Wheel Tax Referendum failed that would have raised funds for Eduation. On Aug. 3, 2012, the Board of Education voted to delay the opening of school to address funding issues, said Roger Jones, chairman of the board. Video by Brian Cutshall.
