Meco Implements 'Greener' Technology

Meco Corporation received an "Environmental Stewardship Award" on Sept. 11, 2013. The honor recognized the manufacturer of furniture and barbecue grills for a new lighting system that saves electricity and money at their Greeneville plant. "It's the equivalent of planting 226 acres of trees annually," an official said. Greeneville Sun video by Brian Cutshall.
