NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated May 26, 1999, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded June 1, 1999, in Book No. 143A, at Page 819, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Greene County, Tennessee, executed by Kenneth Joyner and Brenda Joyner, conveying certain property therein described to Wesley D. Turner as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Company; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for Metropolitan Asset Funding, Inc., II, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-D.
