NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 22, 2016, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 28, 2016, in Book No. 581A, at Page 342, and modified on July 8, 2022, in Book No. 687A, at Page 1436 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Greene County, Tennessee, executed by Cedric Morice Harris and Tamara D Harris, conveying certain property therein described to Old Republic National Title Insurance Company as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Freedom Mortgage Corporation.
