Emily Gilland, a recent graduate from North Greene High School, has been awarded the Greeneville Arts Council’s High School ART Merit Scholarship for graduating high school students residing within and graduating from the Greene County and Greeneville City school districts and committed to major in art, or art-related courses, at an accredited college, university, or art school. This scholarship is to be used in support of studies in the fall semester. Gilland has enrolled at East Tennessee State University to study art and design.
