Faced with adapting to the coronavirus pandemic, Main Street: Greeneville and the Greeneville Parks & Recreation Department partnered together to host a fun Halloween event in a year when both of their traditional events would not be possible due to recommended social distancing precautions. Adapting to those guidelines, the two groups organized a drive-thru event with a large group of volunteer organizations and businesses handing out candy to children as they drove by their tables and tents set up in Hardin Park on Tuesday.
