Marcotta Sue Miller, 62, passed away Thursday at Greeneville Community Hospital East.

Marcotta was a teacher, paralegal and homemaker.

She enjoyed cooking, gardening and sewing for her three granddaughters.

Family was the passion and delight of her life.

She is survived by two daughters: Jacquelyn Parker, of Tomball, Texas, and Lauren Parker, of Greeneville; a son: Aaron C. Parker, of Tomball; three granddaughters: Lilly Viereck, Adrianna Lukacovic and Isabella Lukacovic.

She is also survived by her father: Glenn R. Miller; a sister: Tamarah L. Miller, of Greeneville; and her niece: Elizabeth Anne Miller, of Dickson.

She was a daughter of the late Nina J. Miller. She was preceded in death by her brother: Robert Shawn Miller; her grandparents: Thelma and Virgil Anderson, Loren Miller and Mabel McDonald; and her brother-in-law: Steven M. Coffey.

There will be a service at her family farm located at 815 Gregg Mill Road, Greeneville. All are welcome to join in her celebration of life. Details are to be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Greeneville-Greene County Humane Society, 950 Hal Henard Road, Greeneville, TN 37743.
