Peggy Carrier Crum, 84, of Greeneville, died Friday at her home.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and The Crusaders Sunday School Class.
She enjoyed her profession as a waitress for many years.
She was a member of the Roby Fitzgerald Adult Center and enjoyed many Bingo games there.
Survivors include one son: Douglas and Diana Crum, of Atlanta, Georgia; two daughters: Deborah Whitson, and Jennifer Crum and her fiancé, Geoff Davis; grandchildren: Crystal Sullivan, Lindsay Whitson, Dereck Whitson, Dustin Gilliam, Nolan Gilliam and Presley Gilliam; several great-grandchildren; two brothers: Harry and Sharon Carrier, and Larry Carrier; several nieces and nephews; and a close and dear friend: Anna Mae Love.
Mrs. Crum is preceded in death by her husband: Leighton Blaine Crum; her parents: Eugene and Dorothy Jones Carrier; one sister: Betty Mayes; and three brothers: William, Bobby and Terry Carrier.
The Crum family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at Doughty-Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. in Doughty-Stevens Chapel with the Rev. Doug Jennings officiating.
A graveside service will be Wednesday 11 a.m. at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. Everyone is asked to meet at the funeral home by 10 a.m. to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will include: Daniel Sullivan, Dereck Whitson, Dustin Gilliam, Nolan Gilliam, Presley Gilliam, Ayden Thompson and Ben Weems.
Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Wade Gilliam, members of The Crusaders Sunday School Class and Caris Hospice and staff.
