Teddy Richard Yokley, 77, of Greeneville, passed away Friday at Johnson City Medical Center.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

Mr. Yokley was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in Vietnam.

He retired from Life Care Center of Greeneville.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Mary Yokley; a daughter: Barbara Mathes; a son: Tim Yokley; a special grandson: Lance Meade; a special granddaughter: Ashley Kuykendall; several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother: Michael Yokley; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter: Nancy Gross; his parents: Theodore and Margaret Yokley; one brother; and two sisters.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with the Rev. Doyle Pruitt officiating.

Interment will follow, with the Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard honor team conveying military honors at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
