Peter A. Wills, 4925 Rheatown Road, Chuckey, pleaded guilty to evading arrest, simple possession of schedule IV drugs and parties to the offense of evading, sentenced to two terms of 11 months 29 days in jail, to be served consecutively, suspended to 3 days in jail, with the balance on probation, fined $50, credited time served.

Mary E. Lane, 1604 Eaton Road, Sparta, pleaded guilty to criminal impersonation and simple possession of schedule IV, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 114 days in jail, with the balance on probation, credited time served.

Julius D. Montgomery, 515 N. Irish St., pleaded guilty to possession of schedule IV drug, sentenced to one year and six months suspended to one day in jail, with the balance on probation, credited time served.

Lonnie Franklin Songer, 412 Volunteer St., pleaded guilty to vandalism under $1,000 and domestic assault, sentenced to three terms of 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, credited time served.

Matthew Christopher Cutshaw, 380 Mt. Hebron Road, pleaded guilty to simple possession of schedule III drug, simple possession of schedule VI drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to five days, with the balance on probation, credited time served.

Kyle Austin York, 38 Holly Creek, pleaded guilty to theft under $10,000, sentenced to three years suspended to 20 days in jail, with the balance on probation, credited time served.

Jacob Eugene Schuck, 190 Possum Creek Road, pleaded guilty to evading arrest, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, fined $100, credited time served.

Jerrimi Keith Vanhorn, 1565 Mohawk Ridge Road, Bulls Gap, pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal trespassing, domestic assault and two counts of vandalism under $1,000, sentenced to three terms of 11 months 29 days suspended to 3 days in jail, with the balance on probation, must complete anger management classes, credited time served.

Cynthia Irene Braun, 1794 Susong Memorial Road, pleaded guilty to attempted obtaining drugs by fraud, attempted forgery and attempted introduction of schedule II drugs into a penal facility, sentenced to two years and 11 months suspended to 23 days in jail, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $88, credited time served.

Ethan Patrick Dun, 295 Peters Lane, Afton, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, sentenced to five years suspended to 2 days in jail, with the balance on probation, find $200, ordered to provide a DNA sample, credited time served.

Ashley Nicole Gross, 130 Fairhaven Road, Johnson City, pleaded guilty to four counts of forgery, sentenced to four years suspended to one days in jail, with the balance on probation, fined $400, ordered to provide a DNA sample, refrained from the victim, credited time served.

Joshua Lynn Cook, 526 Cherokee St., Mosheim, pleaded guilty to evading arrest – motor vehicle, tampering with evidence, simple possession of schedule II, possession of prohibited weapon and two counts of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to eight years in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction at 30 percent release eligibility date, all time suspended, with the balance on probation, fined $1,350, ordered to provide a DNA sample, credited time served; to be served consecutive to other sentencing.

Matthew Joseph Martin, 3220 Newport Highway, pleaded guilty to theft under $10,000, sentenced to two years and one day in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction at 30 percent release eligibility date, must serve 110 days, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $2,000, ordered to provide a DNA sample, credited time served.

Dimone Long, no address listed, pleaded guilty to identity theft and attempted theft under $60,000, sentenced to two years in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction Probation & Parole, fined $200.

Joseph F. Bickford, 205 Shaw Road, Chuckey, pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary, aggravated assault and evading arrest – motor vehicle, sentenced to six years in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction at 30 percent release eligibility date, fined $300, ordered to provide a DNA sample, credited time served.

James Douglas Hurst, 211 Reed Ave., pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deliver schedule II controlled substance, sentenced to three years in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction at 30, all time suspended, with the balance on probation, fined $250, ordered to provide a DNA sample, credited time served.

Justin Allen Woleslagle, 710 N. Pensylvania Ave., Wellston, Ohio, pleaded guilty to solicitation of possession of schedule II methamphetamine less ½ gram, sentenced to one year in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction at 30 percent release eligibility date, all time suspended, with the balance on probation, fined $2,000, ordered to provide a DNA sample, credited time served.

Tristan K. Borden, 360 6 Oaks Lane, Afton, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment (no weapon involved), sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail, all time suspended, with the balance on probation, fined $100, credited time served.

Dustin L.
