Greene County General Session Court Cases Heard by Judge Kenneth Bailey Jr. on Aug. 14 included:

Brian W. Manuel, 702 Wesley Ave., fined $25 and court cost, for no drivers license in possession.

Austin T. Cooter, 1228 George Malone Road, fined $25 and court cost, sentenced to 30 days in jail, all time suspended, must serve 10 hours of community work service, for misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Lakeshia N. Dotson, 4970 Old Stage Road, Chuckey, fined $25 and court cost, sentenced to 30 days in jail, all time suspended, must serve 10 hours community work service, for criminal trespassing.

Jason Lee Nelson, 917 Middle Creek Road, Afton, fined $100 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for misdemeanor reckless endangerment.

David Shane Hale, 1071 Fish Pond Road, Chuckey, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to 30 days in jail, all time suspended, for disorderly conduct.

James Ernest Allen Jr., 405 E. Church St., fined $200 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for domestic assault and resisting stop, arrest.

Michael O. Morgan, 301 N. Main St., fined $750 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 30 days in jail, day for day, with the balance on probation, for schedule II drug violation.

Thomas Forga, 635 S. McKee St., ordered to pay court cost, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation, credited time served.

Michael Oliver Morgan, 340 Locust St., ordered to pay court cost, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Violation of probation dismissed for James Douglas Hurst II, 211 Reed Ave.

Charges were dismissed for the following:

Stephanie D. Campbell, 1549 Marvin Road, Mosheim, for domestic assault;

Patrick W. Roderick, 818 Carson St., for domestic assault;

Bruce Finkbeiner, 1948 Nolichuckey Road, for simple assault;

The state declined to prosecute Jason Lee Nelson, 917 Middle Creek Road, Afton.

A judicial diversion was granted for Dylan Scott Lee, 250 Meadow Lane, for misdemeanor violation of Tennessee Personal and Commercial Computer Act of 2003.
