Greene County General Session Court Cases Heard by Judge Kenneth Bailey Jr. on Nov. 10 included:

Michael Tolley, 885 Pitt Loop, Chuckey, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 30 days in jail, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $225, restrained from the victim, for theft under $1,000.

Stacy Cooper, 249 Echo Drive, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail, all time suspended, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $217.74, for theft under $1,000.

Alejandro Ramirez, 118 Minga Drive, Johnson City, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to six month in jail, all time suspended, for leaving the scene of an accident involving damage.

Stephen R. Shelton, 288 Patterson St., Afton, fined $1,650 and court cost, sentenced to two terms of 11 months 29 days in jail, to be served consecutively, suspended to 34 days in jail, day for day, with the balance on probation, for manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Laura A. Tolliver, 122 Bayberry St., fined $100 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 12 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for leaving the scene of an accident involving damage and failure to appear.

Kasey D. Starcher, 288 Patterson St., Afton, fined $900 and court cost, sentenced to two terms of 11 months 29 days in jail, to be served consecutively, suspended to 34 days in jail, 30 days to be served day for day, with the balance on probation, for unlawful drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine.

Zachary Brewer, 181 Old Wilson Hill Road, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 2 days in jail, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $217.24, restrained from the victim, for theft under $1,000.

Amy L. Adams, 20 Summerhaven Drive, Midway, fined $1,600 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 75 days in jail, with the balance on probation, required to attend DUI school and license suspended for two years, restrained from the victims, for DUI.

Tiffany L. Phelps, 435 Cedar Creek Road, fined $175 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 60 days in jail, with the balance on probation, restrained from the victim, for simple assault and criminal trespassing.

Andrew West Shelton, 1908 Fish Pond Road, Chuckey, sentenced to 11 months 29 days at 70 percent release eligibility date and probation terminated for violation of probation.

Stephen R. Shelton, 110 Cooter Way, sentenced to 75 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Alan Wright, 1450 McMillian Road, Midway, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Tiffany Leigh Phelps, 425 Cedar Creek Road, sentenced to 60 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Zachary Shannon Brewer, 47 Old Wilson Road, sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Violation of probation charges were dismissed for Charles Adam Bernard, 2290 Lost Mountain Pike, probation terminated;

Charges were dismissed for the following:

Matthew T. Shepherd, 221 Baye Road, Rutledge, for domestic assault;

Larry J. Smith, 1109 Vestal Court, for domestic assault;

Shana N. Mallicoat, 104 Sevier Ave., for domestic assault;

James Harkins, 121 York Drive, for two counts of stalking.

The state declined to prosecute the following:

Teddy W. Karriker, 55 McCullough Lane, Bulls Gap, for domestic assault;

Charles A. Bernard, 2290 Lost Mountain Pike, for failure to appear;

Amy L. Adams, 20 Summerhaven Drive, Midway, for two counts of child endangerment;

Tiffany L. Phelps, 425 Cedar Creek Road, for aggravated domestic assault;

Jeffrey Zon Jennings, 307 Biddle St., for parties to the offense of felony escape, parties to the offense of false report and parties to the offense of criminal impersonation.

A judicial diversion was granted for Randall Walker, 115 Virginia Drive, for theft under $1,000.
