Joshua David Brogdon, 126 Skyview Drive, fined $1,000 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 60 days in jail, day for day, with the balance on probation, for failure to appear at jail, failure to appear, simple possession of schedule II drugs and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Dakota L. Williams, 210 N. Nelson St., fined $125 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 15 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for vandalism, resisting stop, arrest and public intoxication.

Melissa Lynn Mallett, 219 Gulley Road, Bulls Gap, fined $175 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, for possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

James L. Lane, 1925 Asheville Highway, fined $950 and court cost, sentenced to two terms of 11 months 29 days in jail, to be served consecutively, suspended to 45 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for simple possession/casual exchange, criminal impersonation and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Theresa Michelle Sikes, 5045 Sims Road, Knoxville, sentenced to 10 days in jail for contempt on a failure to appear charges.

Melissa Lynn Malley, 42 Carters Valley Road, Rogersville, sentenced to 20 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Christopher Lee Mathes, no address listed, sentenced to 75 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Joshua Brogdon, 126 Skyview Drive, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Ethan Lloyd Knight, 1700 Burren Valley Road, Chuckey, sentenced to 11 months 29 days at 70 percent release eligibility date and probation terminated for violation of probation and probation continued and extended 11 months on other charges.

Keith Eric Wilson, 375 Hartshaw Drive, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Teresa Sikes, 5045 Sims Road, Knoxville, sentenced to 11 months 29 days at 70 percent release eligibility date and probation terminated for violation of probation.

Christopher Daniel Franklin, 2420 Sunnydale Road, sentenced to 11 months 29 days at 70 percent release eligibility date and probation terminated for violation of probation.

James Allen Lane Jr., 47 Asheville Highway, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Van Hung Nguyen, 91 Old Mine Road, for domestic assault;

George D. Morrison, 1340 Babbs Mill Road, Afton, for livestock running at large;

Shawn Kelly, 110 Blazer Lane, for failure to appear and domestic assault;

Jamie S. Gilland, 90 Greystone Road, for domestic assault;

The state declined to prosecute the following:

James A. Lane, 1925 Asheville Highway, for possession of a firearm during a felony;

Rebecca Jane Johnson, 520 Oasis Road, Bulls Gap, for maintaining a dwelling for illegal substances, possession of schedule II Opana with intent to resale, possession of schedule II Loratab with intent to resale, parties to the offense of possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony and possession for schedule II Roxicodone with intent to resale.

A judicial diversion was granted for Tremaine Chatman, 73041 United Church Road, Covington Louisiana, for failure to appear, schedule II drug violation, manufacture/deliver/sell of a schedyle VI controlled substance, simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia and three counts of theft under $1,000,
