Greene County General Session Court Cases Heard by Judge Kenneth Bailey Jr. on Sept. 8 included:

Christopher T. Dunbar, 1315 Midway Road, Midway, fined $150 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 25 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for joyriding, domestic assault and misdemeanor evading arrest.

Janice B. Lawson, no address listed, fined $25 and court cost, sentenced to 30 days suspended to four days in jail, for disorderly conduct.

Nicole Sexton, 5728 Wooded Acres Drive, Knoxville, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, for failure to appear.

Brandon Hall, 845 Mountain Loop, fined $100 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $128, restrained from the victim, for violation of ignition interlock device for theft under $1,000.

Bufford R. Crenshaw, 8140 E. Andrew Johnson Highway, Chuckey, fined $600 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 45 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for DUI.

Erick S. Myers, 720 Calico Road, Afton, fined $100 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 45 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search and misdemeanor evading arrest.

Nancy Yvonne McBee, 111 Woodlyn St., sentenced to 5 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Nicole Sexton, 5728 Wooded Acres Drive, Knoxville, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Erick Scotty Myers, 720 Calico Road, Afton, sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Violation of probation charges were dismissed for Bobby Gene Morgan, 220 Park Ave., Church Hill, ordered to pay court cost, probation continued and extended 11 months.

Charges were dismissed for the following:

Hannah Honeycutt, 270 Swecker Road, Mosheim, for driving on a revoked license;

Jacob Tolley, 1244 Mt. Zion Road, Afton, for theft under $1,000.

The state declined to prosecute the following:

Christian Eugene Georgi, 420 E. 57th, Loveland, Colorado, for fugitive from justice;

Steven L. Reynolds, 8890 Old Stage Road, Limestone, for domestic assault;

Erick S. Myers, 720 Calico Road, Afton, for simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance.

A judicial diversion was granted for the following:

Jacob D. Hamilton, 1161 Cora Lane, Johnson City, for possession of schedule VI for resale and unlawful drug paraphernalia;

Miranda L. Hammett, 113 Cedar Ridge Lane, for unlawful drug paraphernalia.
