Curtis M. Lawn, 795 Greene Mountain Road, fined $900 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 45 days in jail, day for day, with the balance on probation, for schedule II drug violation and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Travis C. Bell, 1374 W. Allens Bridge Road, fined $500 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, for unlawful drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Joseph D. Hale, 1046 Kingsport Highway, fined $750 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 30 days in jail, day for day, with the balance on probation, for misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine.

Jordan S. Fillers, 126 Highland Park Lane, Afton, fined $400 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, for unlawful drug paraphernalia and schedule VI drug violation.

Heather J. Starnes, 329 Little Germany Road, Erwin, fined $150 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, for unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Tristan K. Borden, 360 6 Oaks Lane, Afton, drivers license suspended for one year, for violation of implied consent law.

Joshua W. Willis, 116 Curtis St., fined $900 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 30 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for unlawful drug paraphernalia and schedule I drug violation.

Dustin T. Ervin, 2688 Mt. Carmel Road, Mosheim, fined $50 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to 10 days in jail, with the balance on probation, for domestic assault.

Tiffany N. Arroyo, 188 Emmett St., Kingsport, fined $175 and court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days suspended to four days in jail, with the balance on probation, for unlawful drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

Curtis Michael Lawn, 795 Greene Mountain Road, sentenced to 11 months 29 days at 70 percent release eligibility date and probation terminated for violation of probation and probation continued and extended 11 months on other charges.

Colton G. Gosnell, 315 Cecil Davis Road, sentenced to 10 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Joshua Wayne Willis, 116 Curtis St., sentenced to 30 days in jail, probation continued and extended 11 months for violation of probation.

Terry Shane Lamb, 300 Humbert Road, Mosheim, ordered to pay court cost, sentenced to 11 months 29 days at 75 percent release eligibility date and probation terminated for violation of probation.

Charges were dismissed for the following:

Heather J. Starnes, 329 Little Germany Road, Erwin, for failure to appear;

Colton Gosnell, 315 Cecil Davis Road, for failure to appear;

Valerie Norton, no address listed, ordered to pay restitution of $3, restrained from the victim, for theft under $1,000;

Jameson R. Cobble, 1370 Weems Chapel Road, Mosheim, for underage consumption.

The state declined to prosecute the following:

Travis C. Bell, 1374 W. Allens Bridge Road, for violation of implied consent;

Jordan S. Fillers, 126 Highland Park Lane, Afton, for simple possession/casual exchange and simple possession/casual exchange;

A judicial diversion was granted for Brandon Lamar Whitehead, 6120 Penny Rich court, Florissant, Mo., for drug falsification kit, drug paraphernalia and schedule VI in a commercial motor vehicle.
